Coastlink is celebrating their 25th anniversary this year with a spectacular show at Laycock Street Theatre, Wyoming in October 2010.
Coastlink has just been given extra funding by the Federal Government to provide respite for ageing carers. To be eligible carers must be 60 or over and receiving a Carers Allowance and caring for their son or daughter aged 25 years and over who is receiving a DSP pension.
Elderly indigenous parent carers and elderly indigenous kinship carers 50 years and over who are receiving Carer Allowance caring for a person aged 25 years and over receiving a DSP pension are eligible.
We can help with referrals to Centrelink for the Carer Allowance if necessary.
