John is the Chief Executive Officer of Regional Development Australia Central Coast. Previous to his current position, John has had 20 years of senior management experience in the public and private sectors including 10 years' experience at Gosford City Council in the positions of Manager Customer Services & Communications, Manager Arts, Heritage & Culture and Council's Executive Officer. John has lived on the Central Coast for the past 18 years with his wife and two sons and is passionate about building a strong, prosperous and resilient Central Coast for all residents in our region.
Dr Lisa Barnes

Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA); Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching ; Master of Business Administration (MBA); Fellow CPA; Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Lisa has held governance roles on a number of not-for-profit boards. Her strong academic qualifications allow Lisa to pursue her special interest in financial and corporate governance aspects of not-for-profit organisations and social responsibility. Lisa is currently a lecturer in Accounting and Management and is the Co-ordinator' of the Central Coast School of Business, Faculty of Business and Law, Newcastle University.
Mr Steven Paul

Steven has over 18 years working in the accounting and finance industries including management roles in small and medium accounting practices as well as an international post at a UK based university. He established a new accounting practice in 2003 and acted as principal until the sale of this practice in 2015. During this time he had developed a key interest for and expertise in, not for profit organisations. He currently acts as a consultant to a number of not for profit organisations providing advice on reporting, finance and governance issues.
Ms Helen Roberts

Community Transport Manager
Helen has more than 25 years' experience in the Community Transport sector. Helen recently retired from her role as CEO of Community Transport Central Coast Ltd. In this role, Helen oversaw the merger of the Community Transport projects in the Gosford and Wyong areas. Helen brings experience from her roles on the Community Transport State Peak Body Board and other not for profit boards locally where her extensive knowledge of the HACC program is especially valued.
