What is CHSP?

The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) helps older Australians maintain their independence longer by funding Aged Care services to keep them well, safe, connected and self-sufficient.

If you’re over 65 years of age (50 years for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people) or over 50 years and on a low income, homeless or are at risk of being homeless; and still living at home, the CHSP can help you with everyday tasks and support to enhance your health and wellbeing.

Whatever independence looks like for you, Coastlink and the CHSP are here to help you achieve it.

As a registered provider, Coastlink is funded to provide its wide range of aged care services through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).

A My Aged Care referral to the program is essential.
