What is CHSP?

The Community Home Support Programme (CHSP) helps older Australians maintain their independence longer by funding Aged Care Services to keep them well, safe, connected and self-sufficient.

If you’re over 65 years of age (50 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people); or over 50 years and on a low income, homeless or at risk of being homeless; and still living at home, the CHSP can help you with everyday tasks and support to enhance your health and wellbeing.

As a registered CHSP provider, Coastlink helps you do the things you want to do, rather than doing them for you.

Aged Care Packages

Coastlink is applying to be an aged Care Package provider. Additional information will be provided as soon as possible.

Maintain your independence

We believe in quality of living, at all stages of life.

Coastlink’s aged care support staff will partner with you to work out what sort of help and how much you need to keep doing things for yourself.

Or it may be someone to assist you with making a meal, or taking a shower. Whatever independence looks like for you, Coastlink and CHSP are here to help you achieve it.

Keep living your life.

Let Coastlink help.
