Day Programs
Based at our Berkeley Vale Activity Hub and Woy Woy Activity Hub, and enjoying a range of activities across the Central Coast, our centre and community-based Day Programs can help you achieve your goals and have fun along the way.
Learn skills such as cooking, bowling, going to the gym, computers, arts and crafts, music, swimming, social skills and outdoor fitness in a fun, flexible and supportive environment.

Weekend Group

Our Weekend Group program gets you out in the community.
You will enjoy recreational, social and sporting activities across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney.
Our groups go to sporting events, markets, movies, karaoke, shows, dinner, pubs and clubs, and so much more!
What’s more, we can even support you when you need it. Tell us the things you like to do, and we do everything we can to make it happen.

Programs of Support
Programs of Support
Coastlink will be running Programs of Support to assist clients to develop skills and build capacity in line with their NDIS Plan Goals.
Programs of Support are 12-week programs that run weekly where clients commit to attend for the full 12 weeks. These programs are outcome based and work towards specific skills, goals and supports.


Harmony Hub-Music Mentoring
This is a music mentoring program where clients will be linked to mentors with skills in a specific instrument or vocal techniques. Clients will attend a weekly session in their chosen area which will be run from our Harmony Hub at Watanobbi.
The Harmony Hub is a sound proofed venue where clients will learn instruments such as guitar, keyboard, drums along with singing lessons.
The sessions will run for a minimum of 2 hours at a 1:1 ratio.

Prep to Plate
This is a cooking skills program where clients over 12 weeks will be guided through every step of preparing delicious homestyle meals.
This program will be run from our Berkeley Vale and Woy Woy Activity Hubs.
The program will focus on:
- Kitchen Safety
- Reading Recipes
- Smart Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Budgeting
- Serving Food
- Cleaning up
Learning by doing in a friendly environment with supportive, step by step guidance. Build skills you can use every day at home, increase independence and confidence.
At the end of the program, you will invite family members and will prepare and cook a full meal to showcase everything they have learnt.

Vibe Tribe Programs
The Vibe Tribe offers a range of programs for people with a similar interest who would like to get together on a weekly basis.
These programs will be offered in a group setting for adults over 18 with a support ratio of 1:3.

If you have an interest or hobby you would like to share with others, get it touch with Coastlink.
Vibe Tribe- Footy Fanatics
If you love the NRL and would like to get together with others to have fun while watching the football. Whether you’re a die-hard football fan or just love the atmosphere, cheering on the teams when watching the game with others, everyone’s welcome.
This group will get together once a week on Saturday afternoons to watch the games at either our Berkeley Vale or Woy Woy Activity Hubs live on KO. Come for the first game and stay for the second or third if you’re keen.
The program will run at a 1:3 ratio and the minimum hours will be three hours up to eight hours.
You can be dropped and picked up from our centre or speak to our friendly staff to discuss other transport options.
Bring your own drinks and snacks. If you are there at dinner, the group can order pizza at client’s cost.

Vibe Tribe- Creative Circle
This is for you, if you are interested in coming together in a relaxed atmosphere at either our Berkeley Vale or Woy Woy Activity Hub. Get creative with others who enjoy all types of craft activities.
This group will meet weekly on a Saturday from 11.30am to 2.30pm. You can be dropped and picked up from our centre or speak to our friendly staff to discuss other transport options.
The group will be run at a 1:3 ratio for 3 hours. Bring a packed lunch and drinks.
The skies the limit on what your creations could be – some examples could be clay work, coaster designs, diamond art, ceramic painting, candle making, resin work, beading, friendship bracelets, knit wire art, card making, lotions and soap.
