NDIS Disability Support Services
- NDIS Provider – As a registered NDIS provider, Coastlink helps participants access the right supports and make the most of their funding. We assist with NDIS planning preparation, understanding plans, and selecting services that align with individual goals. Wherever you are in your NDIS journey, we support you to live life your way.
- Individual Supports & Daily Living –Our Individual Supports provide assistance at home or in the community with daily living, personal care, transport, community access, and social participation. We also focus on building independence and helping participants stay connected to their community.
- Group Programs & Community Participation – Delivered through our Berkeley Vale and Woy Woy Activity Hubs, our Group Programs help participants build skills, confidence, and friendships in a supportive environment.
Activities include cooking, arts and crafts, music, fitness, swimming, computer skills, and social development. We also offer Weekend Group Programs across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Sydney, supporting active community participation and social connection. - Accommodation & Independent Living Supports – We support people with disability to live independently through Supported Independent Living (SIL).
Each option is tailored to different support needs and independence levels, helping participants live safely and comfortably.
In addition to our longer-term accommodation options, Coastlink offers Short Term Accommodation (STA) through our Respite Retreat, giving participants a break away from home while carers and family also get the chance to rest and recharge. Stays are person-centred, with support for daily living, social activities, and community access throughout, and existing Core Supports funding can often be used to cover a stay without a separate STA application.
- NDIS Support Coordination – Our Support Coordination team helps participants navigate the NDIS, connect with providers, access allied health services, and coordinate supports across their plan. We focus on building confidence and independence in managing supports. Find out more about NDIS Support Coordination in Central Coast.
